After purchasing on our online store, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery time
Canada: 2 to 7 business days except for pre-orders.
We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Shipping fees
Learning tower: $19 CAD Flat rate in Canada*
When ordered with a learning tower, accessories have no shipping fees.
Accessories only: $9 CAD Flat rate in Canada*
*Except Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon: Fees calculated by Canada Post
Cancellation policy
If you changed your mind or forgot to add something, don't worry. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to answer your request.
Return policy
You have a period of 7 days following the delivery date of your package to contact us to request a return authorization. Returns are authorized only when the original box has not been opened. Shipping fees for the return are the responsibility of the customer. The product will be refunded within 7 business days once we receive the package in the original box, i.e. in new condition.
Defective or damaged product
You have a period of 14 days following the delivery date of your package to report a damaged or defective part or product. It is therefore important to inspect your product(s) promptly upon receipt.
Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will propose one of the following solutions:
- Replacement part(s)
- Replacement of the product
To report a damaged or defective part or product, contact us.
Be sure to mention in your email:
- Your order number
- The name of the product
- The part(s) to be replaced (refer to your Assembly Manual)
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
Please note: Wood is a natural material that can bear marks. Variations in wood grain, color, knots or texture are a natural phenomena in wood products. These unique variations and marks are a proof of quality, not defects.
