What is the recommended minimum age for a child to use the learning tower?

The recommended minimum age is 12 months. Your child is ready to use the tower when he or she stands firmly and walks by himself or herself. Your child cannot safely use the learning tower until this stage of development­. 

What is the recommended minimum age for a child to use the safe wooden knife and cutting board set?

Between 12 and 18 months depending on dexterity.

Where are your products made?

We are proud to offer products that are entirely made in Canada. We manufacture, package and ship our products from the same location, which allows us to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible.

What are the delivery times?

Canada: 1 to 5 business days

What are the shipping fees?

Learning tower: $15 CAD Flat rate in Canada*
When ordered with a learning tower, accessories have no additional shipping fees.
Accessories only: $5 CAD Flat rate in Canada*
*Except Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon : Fees calculated by Canada Post

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Is the payment secure?

We take the necessary precautions to ensure that your shopping experience is safe. All transactions made on our website are protected by Shopify Payment. All information exchanged is encrypted using SSL protocol. Your data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Sezzle, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Discover.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

If you changed your mind or forgot to add something, don't worry. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to answer your request.

Can I return a product?

You have 7 days following the delivery date of your package to contact us to request a return authorization. Returns are authorized only when the original box has not been opened. Shipping fees for the return are the responsibility of the customer. The product will be refunded within 7 business days once we receive the package in the original box, i.e. in new condition.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

You have a period of 14 days following the delivery date of your package to report a damaged or defective part or product. It is therefore important to inspect your product(s) promptly upon receipt.

Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will suggest one of the following solutions:

  • One or more replacement part(s)
  • Replacing the product

To report a damaged or defective part or product, contact us.

Be sure to mention in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product
  • The part(s) to be replaced (rely on assembly instructions if necessary)
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

Please note: Wood is a natural material that can bear marks. Variations in wood grain, colour, knots or texture are a natural phenomena in wood products. These unique variations and marks are a proof of quality, not defects.
