Replacement assembly screws

This is the official page where you will find the information regarding the replacement of the assembly screws (only on affected learning towers sold approximately between October 1st 2021 and December 31st 2022).

The units with the following (picture below) assembly screws are affected, please check the ones that you have before moving forward with the hardware order & replacement:

You can refer to the Assembly Manual to complete the replacement procedure (approximately 5 to 10 minutes):

You need to disassemble the learning tower. Once disassembled, please make sure to align the fitting cams (round metal hardware parts) in the default position before reassembling the learning tower. The default position is when the "little arrow" engraved on the fitting cam points towards the outside to be able to welcome the new screw. See picture below.

Then, once the part is installed back in place, you can lock the fitting cams by screwing clockwise until the maximum is reached.

Do not use the learning tower if it became loose or if something does not appear normal.
